Julia-roberts
Julia Fiona Roberts, born on October 28, 1967, at Atlanta to Betty Lou Bredemus & Walter Grady Roberts. Her grandfather, her great-grandfather John Pendleton Roberts, a farmer who was also one of the first Roberts to move to Atlanta. She inherited her father's interest in theater from a young age. When he was studying at Emory University, he performed in a variety of productions in Atlanta. When he joined in 1953 the Air force and was spotted with Betty Lou Bredemus in Biloxi. Eric Anthony was their first born. The couple got married in the year 1957. Walter was a student at Tulane University at New Orleans in the year 1957, after the couple had left the US Air Force. Walter was employed to work for Atlanta Academy Theater and Harrington Scenic and Lighting Studio to work on the set of the television show Bum Bum His Buddies, which aired in Decatur Georgia. Walter and Betty Lou financed their own production of the local children's Sunday matinee show called Bum Bum and His Buddies. Later that year they founded the Actors and Writers Workshop which operated for six years. During this time they also had two children Lelisa (called Lisa) Billingsley in the year 1965 as well as Julia (called Julie) in 1967.
